La Candela Musikagentur GmbH has been founded in 1999 by the present managing director Reinhard Allgaier. During the last 8 years of it's existance La Candela established itself as a worldwide operating booking and artists agency.

The main musical focus is hereby on World, Jazz, Reggae/Ska and Roots Rock. Starting as a promoter for local concerts and festivals in the Rhein-Ruhr area, La Candela nowadays promotes concert tours and shows throughout Europe with internationally known bands and musicians.

The main criteria for the agencys repertory of artists is quality and identity of the artists live-performance. More and more La Candela uses and works on the Europe wide network with artists, business - and co-operation partners. Crossing boundaries and building bridges with the music - that's the aim and motivation for La Candelas daily affairs.

Using the agencies network of labels, PR- and promotion agencies, sound- and light companies La Candela supports it's artists and promoters with full service for a successful and smooth performance.
